Family! The last eight years of my life have been
pretty wrapped up in the restaurant business,
so that is where my bio shall focus.
I get to the restaurants, I'll tell you some of
the new things in my life. I just recently acquired
an adorable Jack Russell named Grace, expanding
my little family of one to two. I am trying to
keep in shape by running, biking and the occasional
swim. Other than that and work, I am just loving
opened my first place, Atlas
Bistro, seven years ago. Atlas is a French
bistro catering to a clientele that likes to bring
wine from their cellar to our restaurant. We pair
those wines with our constantly changing menu.
Atlas has received multiple local and national
has featured Atlas as one of top restaurants in
Arizona, and Arizona Republic's food critic
gave us 5 out 5 stars.
success from Atlas has allowed me to open my second
Gusto. Mucho has been open 3 1/2 years now
and has won "Best Modern Mexican Cuisine"
"Best Margarita" and "Best Tamale's"
as well as being totted as the "Next Evolutionary
Step in Mexican Cuisine" by the editor of
Food & Lifestyle Magazine. I cant wait
to see you all at Mucho Gusto the 19th.
